It was a triple pleasure for me to visit this Windsor restaurant on a Friday evening in mid-October, one that found me between two charming ladies, each with strong literary connections as well as being in the company of other tasty dishes to be found on the menu of this restaurant in the shadow of Windsor Castle. My dining companion for the evening was a work colleague, Ann Groves, who, despite her youthful appearance, is an experienced Head of English.
